  • HOW DO I BUY FROM MYMOBILEZA ONLINE
  • There’s no need to complicate anything so we like to keep things nice and simple…

    1.find the product you are looking for by either searching for it in the search box or navigating through our website

    2.make sure you have selected the right variation of the product if the product has an option (such as color or size). We really don’t mind if you choose more than one product!

    3.click ‘add to cart’ and proceed to check out. If you are a first time buyer, create an account so it’s a little easier the next time you visit us.

  • WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON PHONES
  • S%&* happens. Sometimes our beloved phones/devices don’t work as intended. We happily honour and manage the standard one-year warranty of the manufacturer. So what this means for you (which is actually the important bit!) If you have any issues with your device, we will arrange the collection of your device and it will be assessed. If it is a valid in-warranty fault, MyMobileZA will arrange for the device to be repaired. Even if it isn’t a valid in-warranty fault, we are still able to help you – yes that’s our fabulous customer service again. Just give us a call or pop us an email at

  • Yes, we expect nothing less of ourselves. MyMobileZA does it’s best to ensure we complete the life cycle loop of your new or old devices. To ensure we get it done 100%, we have our own in-house repair facility where you can walk in, have a coffee and get your phone repaired. We can even provide some friendly banter while you wait.   • WHAT IS A REFURB?
  • So, you’ve seen refurbished products in our store and you’re amazed at how much money you could save. Aren’t you a smart shopper! Well, it’s just our amazing MyMobileZA deals which you will soon come to expect from us. Still unsure? Curious to know exactly what a refurb device is? Well, we would love to answer this for you. To keep it short and sweet, to ‘refurb’ a device is to repair it to a “like new” state. That’s goes for everything - no matter how small it may be. All of our refurbished devices are meticulously tested up to 4 times by trained technicians to deliver a near-flawless product. In addition to this intensive testing, we also do a final diagnostic test with our state-of-the-art technology to ensure that you get the best possible product.
  • WHAT IS A PRE-OWNED
  • Because you’re savvy, we’re pretty sure that you’ve heard of the term ‘pre-owned’ before. It’s used in more than just the technology space – we have pre-owned cars, houses, furniture and the list goes on. Even when you buy a phone from friends and family, you are still buying a pre-owned device. Well we would like you to think of us as your extended family where MyMobileZA is the techie of the family. As your extended family, we want you to understand how pre-owned works… A device is traded in, and assessed by our technicians Once it has been assessed, it goes through for grading where only A grade and A+ grade stock gets approved. It’s harsh but how else can we give you the best products? Once its graded, it will run through a second assessment whereby the device will be tested again by a trained technician But we don’t stop there with testing the device. We run it though our own state-of-the-art diagnostic tool. Did we mention that this is a world-class tool? Once we are happy with the results against the high standards we set, it gets packed into MyMobileZA’s very own branded box. Then of course the device is ready for a new home, and another new journey!
  • RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.
  • Return & exchange policy Changed your mind? Don’t we all at some time or the other. We get that. Our return and exchange policy is fairly simple. See the check list requirements below for policy on exchanges or returns.
    1. Don’t open or break any seals on the box or remove any labels (if you do this, our hands may be tied and we may not be able to assist)
    2. Make sure you have the invoice numbers and device IMEI or serial number on hand (this just makes the admin go by quicker)
    3. Log a return or exchange using (returns@mymobileza.com) or call 011 465 5669 and we will assist.
    4. Sit back, relax and we will call you to arrange the next steps

    We will gladly swap devices provided they meet the above requirements.
  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PARCEL
  • If you have paid via EFT: as soon as the money has cleared and allocated, your order will be dispatched. You can expect it within 3/5 Days if your ‘ship to’ address is in Johannesburg, 4/5 days if your ‘ship to’ address is in Cape Town or Durban. Anywhere outside of these main centers may require more time to receive your parcel.

  • We haven’t yet mastered telepathic ordering –but were still working on it. For now, we do our best to make the online journey easy for all. Just visit our online store, add the item you are looking for to your cart and check out – but don’t worry if at any point you are feeling lost, just live chat us, pop us a mail or give us a call.
  • MY ORDER WAS CANCELED, WHY
  • This hardly ever happens – like Haley’s Comet! But if it does, we will be in contact asap to explain why and ensure that we make it better. Trust us.

  • At the moment No, but we are growing each and every day, so keep shopping and keep a look out for new payment options.
  • IS VISA ACCEPTED
  • Yes, we accept VISA – we also have other supported payment methods like, Mobicred, Instant EFT, Masterpass and Pay-d. If there are any other payment options you wish to see, let us know. We are always open to suggestions (except for Monopoly money…that our bank does not accept)
  • DOES MYMOBILE ACCEPT EFT
  • Yes, we are pleased to say we do. You can do so via the PayFast link on our site or directly into our bank account as per details below. Please ensure that you add your invoice number to the reference on the EFT so that we can match it to your order so that it is processed efficiently.
